The layout is build on four 4ft x 2ft baseboards. Three boards form the scenic area making this area 12ft x 2ft. The remaining board, on the left as viewed from the front, is the fiddle yard.

Size of layout = 16ft x 2ft

Size of layout with lighting rig and backscene in place = 16ft 2in x 2ft 4in.

Access required: Rear 3ft 2in and Front 1ft 6in as partially front operated. Both ends 1ft 5in.

Happy to share access to left of layout (fiddleyard end) however access to right is needed for front operating position with stool.

Total Space required: 19ft x 7ft behind barrier line.
